Led by Dr. Hans Wolf, the WOLFPACC USMLE Step 1 review course features our signature POWER 5 methodology to deliver a dynamic, organ system-based review of the fundamental medical sciences covered in the USMLE Step 1 exam. We are known for our interactive live lectures that encourage open discussion, breaking away from the passive learning used by other programs. At WOLFPACC, students master core concepts, retention strategies, and clinical reasoning, ensuring confidence in any medical scenario. With our comprehensive and individualized support, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel on the USMLE Step 1.
Many programs emphasize memorization, but at WOLFPACC, we prioritize application. We help you understand the “why” behind the material, equipping you to confidently apply your knowledge in a clinical setting. Our goal isn’t just to help you pass an exam—we’re here to prepare you for a thriving medical career.
With a 98% pass rate for everyone enrolled, our results speak for themselves. Unlike other programs, we stand by our numbers with complete transparency.
Benefit from up to 40 hours of one-on-one tutoring, small class sizes, and customized study plans tailored to your unique strengths and areas for improvement.
We welcome students from all backgrounds, ensuring that language barriers, learning disabilities, or test anxiety never stand in the way of your success.
No matter where you attend medical school, we’re dedicated to helping you become a confident, capable, and successful physician.
Dr. Hans Wolf is the pioneer behind our proven Power 5 methodology—an approach that sets the standard for effective learning. While others have attempted to replicate it, no one delivers it with the expertise and impact of Dr. Wolf and the WOLFPACC team.
Our Power 5 methodology integrates the five main organ systems through a physiology-based approach, emphasizing the common links between them. By understanding how systems interact rather than studying them in isolation, students develop a deeper, more cohesive grasp of medical concepts—leading to stronger clinical reasoning and long-term retention.
The USMLE Step 1 is a one-day, computer-based exam consisting of approximately 280 multiple-choice questions divided into seven 60-minute blocks. It tests foundational medical sciences, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, and microbiology, with an emphasis on disease mechanisms and clinical application. Expect to encounter clinical vignettes, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The total testing time is around eight hours, including scheduled breaks. While now pass/fail, a strong performance remains essential for building a solid foundation for Step 2 and residency applications.
Currently you are able to, as it is an open mic presentation. If the background noise from students in attendance becomes too distracting, microphones will be disabled. Then for one hour following each lecture, the instructor will have an open mic session for students on-line to ask questions on the material presented that day.
We highly recommend that all students start a program on their designated start date. However, we will accept students off-cycle but only when there is a USMLE or COMLEX training spot available and you are signing up for an 8 week session.
If you are registering for the 4 week on-line program, you are permitted to start off cycle.
The on-line program is only offered for the four week enrollment.
Yes, we also offer a six week and a 4 month option. Call for details.

Students who take this course are ahead of their peers because they have learned good study techniques, time management, note taking skills & how to handle the type of board questions they will eventually face. Tutoring is a critical component. The books we provide will be good for all your Steps.
Yes, we can! We recommend that students who have had a failed attempt, attend our Live Lecture Program. Our one-on-one tutoring will also help us determine what underlying weakness you may have.
