About Dr. Wolf

A Smarter Approach To USMLE Test Prep

Many programs emphasize memorization, but at WOLFPACC, we prioritize application. We help you understand the “why” behind the material, equipping you to confidently apply your knowledge in a clinical setting. Our goal isn’t just to help you pass an exam—we’re here to prepare you for a thriving medical career.

Proven Success

With a 98% pass rate for everyone enrolled, our results speak for themselves. Unlike other programs, we stand by our numbers with complete transparency.

Personalized Learning Experience

Benefit from up to 40 hours of one-on-one tutoring, small class sizes, and customized study plans tailored to your unique strengths and areas for improvement.

Inclusive & Supportive Environment

We welcome students from all backgrounds, ensuring that language barriers, learning disabilities, or test anxiety never stand in the way of your success.

Your Future, Our Focus

No matter where you attend medical school, we’re dedicated to helping you become a confident, capable, and successful physician.

Our Power 5 Methodology: Often Imitated, Never Duplicated

Dr. Hans Wolf is the pioneer behind our proven Power 5 methodology—an approach that sets the standard for effective learning. While others have attempted to replicate it, no one delivers it with the expertise and impact of Dr. Wolf and the WOLFPACC team.

Our Power 5 methodology integrates the five main organ systems through a physiology-based approach, emphasizing the common links between them. By understanding how systems interact rather than studying them in isolation, students develop a deeper, more cohesive grasp of medical concepts—leading to stronger clinical reasoning and long-term retention.

About the USMLE Step 1 Exam

The USMLE Step 1 is a one-day, computer-based exam consisting of approximately 280 multiple-choice questions divided into seven 60-minute blocks. It tests foundational medical sciences, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, and microbiology, with an emphasis on disease mechanisms and clinical application. Expect to encounter clinical vignettes, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The total testing time is around eight hours, including scheduled breaks. While now pass/fail, a strong performance remains essential for building a solid foundation for Step 2 and residency applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I interact with the instructor during the live on-line four week course?

Currently you are able to, as it is an open mic presentation. If the background noise from students in attendance becomes too distracting, microphones will be disabled. Then for one hour following each lecture, the instructor will have an open mic session for students on-line to ask questions on the material presented that day.

Can I start off-cycle, or do I have to wait until the next month?

We highly recommend that all students start a program on their designated start date. However, we will accept students off-cycle but only when there is a USMLE or COMLEX training spot available and you are signing up for an 8 week session.

If you are registering for the 4 week on-line program, you are permitted to start off cycle.

Can I take the 8 week "guarantee" course on-line?

The on-line program is only offered for the four week enrollment.

Do you offer different program lengths other than the 4-weeek and 8-week programs?

Yes, we also offer a six week and a 4 month option. Call for details.

Does the 4-wk program cover the same information as the 8-wk program?

Yes. The difference with the 8-week program, it has a stronger structure on daily tutoring and application of the material learned.

How do I schedule my C.S. Course?

Please call our office at 904.209.3140.

How far in advance should I schedule my C.S. Course?

No longer than 3 months prior to your scheduled exam date.

How is WOLFPACC approach differ from other board review programs?

At WOLFPACC, we offer a more individualized experience and one-on-one attention with our programs. All of our onsite programs offer one-on-one tutoring, where a tutor will be assigned to watch over your progress. We also have two practice NBME/COMSAE and a caring staff.

How many NBME/COMSAE exams are given with the 4-wk vs the 8-wk program?

Students will be given 2 NBME/COMSAE exams. The first NBME/COMSAE exam is on the first day of class. You will be advised by Dr. Wolf on which form to take for your second NBME/COMSAE. The second NBME/COMSAE is normally taken at the end of the fourth or eight-week program.

How may tutoring sessions will I receive with the program?

A 4-wk program comes with 3 tutoring sessions per week, meaning you will receive 12 total tutoring sessions.

An 8-wk program comes with 5 tutoring sessions per week, meaning you will receive 40 total tutoring sessions.

I am a Pre-med student, are there courses for me?

Yes, we offer a pre-med coures for students who have either been accepted to med school or are in their 1st or 2nd yr. of med. school. A softer approach is taken to prepare students for what they will be facing during the med school years. Students who take this course are ahead of their peers because they have learned good study techniques, time management, note taking skills & how to handle the type of board questions they will eventually face. Tutoring is a critical component. The books we provide will be good for all your Steps.

I have failed my exam, can your program help me?

Yes, we can! We recommend that students who have had a failed attempt, attend our Live Lecture Program. Our one-on-one tutoring will also help us determine what underlying weakness you may have.

Is there a discount off the 4-week or 8-week program?

Unfortunately, both programs are already at a discounted price.

Is there an opportunity to extend after program has ended if needed?

Yes. Dr Wolf will make recommendations based off your progress during the program. An individualized study plan will be made and if an extension is needed, a recommendation will be made at that time.

What documents do you provide for international students that intend to attend?

We do not provide any documents for a Visa other than a Border Letter. Border Letters are provided only upon payment for the program. For proper documentation for the program, we advise that you consult your local consulate.

What does your C.S. Course include?

Our C.S. course is a 2 day course and includes 1 day of lecture and practice, and 1 day of case practice with standardized patients.

What Holidays is the WOLFPACC center closed?

The WOLFPACC center is only closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What is the 8-week Guarantee?

The 8-week Guarantee is if you do not pass your exam after attending the program you are eligible to return to the program tuition-free for eight weeks. Housing will still be your responsibility.

Will I have time to study and practice USMLE sample questions?

The WOLFPACC schedule was designed so that every student has ample time to study, practice questions, exercise and get an appropriate amount of rest. Since class ends around 4:00 pm each day, every student should have more than adequate time to accomplish all of their obligations. So, there should be no excuses as to not having enough time to finish your tasks as long as you remember that the key to your success lies in being well organized.

Will your program benefit me if I am studying for the COMLEX exam?

Yes! Our program is the only review program to be integrated into the curriculum of an osteopathic medical school. We also have an osteopathic staff to assist you on the OMM material.
