Under the direction of Dr. Hans Wolf, the USMLE Step 2 CK preparatory program develops clinical competency and diagnostic reasoning essential for complex patient management. Contrary to prevalent misconceptions that Step 2 CK success relies primarily on algorithmic memorization, WOLFPACC emphasizes evidence-based clinical reasoning, foundational medical knowledge integration, and sustainable learning methodologies. Our approach ensures candidates develop the analytical skills and clinical judgment necessary for superior examination performance and future clinical practice.
Effective clinical decision-making begins with generating a sound differential diagnosis, which stems from a deep grasp of basic sciences. Our unique POWER 5 approach bridges that foundational knowledge with real-world clinical application, ensuring students make accurate diagnostic and management choices in every case they encounter.
With a 98% pass rate for everyone enrolled, our results speak for themselves. Unlike other programs, we stand by our numbers with complete transparency.
Benefit from up to 40 hours of one-on-one tutoring, small class sizes, and customized study plans tailored to your unique strengths and areas for improvement.
We welcome students from all backgrounds, ensuring that language barriers, learning disabilities, or test anxiety never stand in the way of your success.
No matter where you attend medical school, we’re dedicated to helping you become a confident, capable, and successful physician.
Dr. Hans Wolf is the originator of the acclaimed Power 5 methodology—a systematic educational framework that has established the benchmark for effective medical education. While similar approaches have emerged, none match the clinical expertise and pedagogical excellence delivered by Dr. Wolf and the WOLFPACC team.
The Power 5 methodology employs an integrated systems-based approach that unifies the five primary organ systems through physiological principles, emphasizing their interconnected pathways and shared regulatory mechanisms. Rather than compartmentalizing organ systems, this methodology promotes comprehensive understanding of systemic interactions, thereby enhancing clinical reasoning capabilities and facilitating superior long-term knowledge retention essential for medical practice.
The USMLE Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) is a one-day, computer-based examination designed to assess the application of medical knowledge, skills, and understanding of clinical science essential for patient care under supervision. The exam consists of approximately 318 multiple-choice questions, divided into eight 60-minute blocks over a total of nine hours, including breaks. Step 2 CK places a strong emphasis on clinical diagnosis, patient management, and disease prevention, drawing from disciplines such as internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, psychiatry, and emergency medicine. Questions are often presented as clinical scenarios or case vignettes, requiring high-level clinical reasoning and decision-making. Unlike Step 1, Step 2 CK remains numerically scored, making it a critical component in residency applications and often a differentiator among competitive candidates.
Currently you are able to, as it is an open mic presentation. If the background noise from students in attendance becomes too distracting, microphones will be disabled. Then for one hour following each lecture, the instructor will have an open mic session for students on-line to ask questions on the material presented that day.
We highly recommend that all students start a program on their designated start date. However, we will accept students off-cycle but only when there is a USMLE or COMLEX training spot available and you are signing up for an 8 week session.
If you are registering for the 4 week on-line program, you are permitted to start off cycle.
The on-line program is only offered for the four week enrollment.

Tutoring is a critical component. The books we provide will be good for all your Steps.
