FAQs - USMLE & COMLEX HELP AND QUESTIONS
Can I interact with the instructor during the live online course?
Yes. Our live online sessions utilize an open microphone format, allowing real-time interaction with the instructor. In the event that background noise becomes disruptive to the learning environment, microphones may be temporarily muted. Lecture breaks occur hourly for approximately ten minutes, during which microphones are reopened to allow online participants to address questions regarding the preceding material.
Can I begin off-cycle, or must I wait for the next scheduled start date?
We strongly recommend that all students begin on a designated program start date to ensure optimal curricular alignment. However, off-cycle enrollment may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to discuss your individual circumstances so we may better assist you.
Is the 8-week guarantee program available online?
The 8-week guarantee applies exclusively to students attending on-site. However, online participants receive identical instructional content and presentation materials to support their success.
Do you offer varying program lengths?
Yes. We offer several enrollment options to accommodate your preparation needs:
- Four-Week Program: Includes daily lecture (Monday–Friday) and one-on-one tutoring sessions (one hour each, three times weekly)
- Six-Week Program: Includes daily lecture (Monday–Friday) and one-on-one tutoring sessions (one hour each, three times weekly for the first four weeks, then daily Monday–Friday for the final two weeks)
- Eight-Week Program: Includes daily lecture (Monday–Friday) and one-on-one tutoring sessions (one hour each, daily Monday–Friday throughout enrollment)
Please note that Saturday tutoring sessions may occasionally be scheduled in lieu of a weekday.
Does the 4-week program cover the same content as the 8-week program?
Yes. The curricular content is identical across all program lengths. The distinction lies in the level of individualized support provided. The 8-week program offers substantially more contact time with program staff, including daily tutoring (Monday–Friday) to address challenges in knowledge application and content comprehension. While all programs provide the tools necessary for success, students seeking a more personalized approach to preparation are encouraged to consider the 8-week option.
Students who have previously been unsuccessful on the examination are also recommended for the 8-week guarantee program, which provides the structured daily guidance necessary to identify and correct ineffective study habits and optimize performance on subsequent attempts.
How does the WOLFPACC approach differ from other board review programs?
WOLFPACC distinguishes itself through a highly individualized educational model centered on personalized mentorship. Each program includes dedicated one-on-one tutoring with an assigned mentor who monitors your academic progress throughout your enrollment. Additionally, our proprietary diagnostic examinations provide objective data to track your development and identify areas requiring focused attention.
How many diagnostic examinations are administered during the 4-week and 8-week programs?
Students enrolled in the four-week program receive one comprehensive diagnostic examination, administered at the conclusion of the enrollment period.
Students enrolled in the eight-week program receive two comprehensive diagnostic examinations, administered at the end of each four-week interval.
Dr. Wolf personally evaluates all examination results to develop a customized study plan tailored to each student’s needs. In addition, all students—regardless of program length—complete weekly diagnostic assessments covering that week’s lecture material to ensure consistent progress throughout their enrollment.
How many tutoring sessions are included with each program?
Each tutoring session is one hour in length
- 4-Week Program: 3 sessions per week (12 total sessions)
- 6-Week Program: 3 sessions per week for the first four weeks, followed by 5 sessions per week for the final two weeks (22 total sessions)
- 8-Week Program: 5 sessions per week (40 total sessions)
Can your program help students who have previously failed their board examination?
Yes. We strongly recommend that students with a prior unsuccessful attempt enroll in our 8-Week Live Lecture Program. Our one-on-one tutoring model allows us to identify underlying deficiencies in content application and clinical reasoning. Dr. Wolf conducts individual consultations with each student to review their academic history and provide targeted recommendations for remediation.
Are discounts or promotional codes available?
Dr. Wolf is deeply committed to delivering exceptional value and has structured each program to maximize tutoring sessions and leverage decades of educational expertise. Despite economic fluctuations, WOLFPACC has maintained consistent pricing for the past five years to ensure accessibility for all students. Discounts are offered to certain universities who participate with WOLFPACC. Please inquire if your university is on our discount list.
Is there an option to extend enrollment if additional time is needed?
Yes. Dr. Wolf provides individualized recommendations based on each student’s progress throughout the program. If an extension is warranted, a tailored study plan and appropriate recommendations will be provided at that time.
What documentation does WOLFPACC provide for international students attending in person?
WOLFPACC provides Border Letters upon receipt of payment; however, we do not supply visa documentation. Travel requirements vary by country, and we advise all international students to consult their local consulate regarding necessary documentation prior to enrollment.
What is the 8-Week Guarantee?
