To Reserve your WOLFPACC "Preferred Class Date" please follow the following steps
Step 2: Click on and Complete the application below, select all fields including the course and payment amount (that you are paying today)
Step 3: Upon Completion of the form - it will send you to the payment processing screen to handle your down payment for the class.
Receipt of your down payment makes your registration official and holds your spot for an upcoming WOLFPACC training class. Payments can be made by check, money order, cashier check or credit card. If paying by check, please make your check payable to WOLFPACC, Inc. If you would like to pay by phone, contact us directly at 904-209-3140.
NOTE: If you only submit an online application for attendance without a down payment, this alone will NOT hold your spot for an upcoming class. An administrative assistant from our office will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to collect your down payment and confirm your registration. We will gladly answer any additional questions at that time. If requesting a private bath for housing, it will not be guaranteed until payment for the course is paid in full.
Once your down payment has been received, a Welcome Letter containing your registered USMLE course or COMLEX course date and housing check-in information (if housing was requested) will be emailed to the email address on your application. If you have not received a confirmation letter from WOLFPACC within 14 days of submitting your application and deposit, please do not hesitate to contact us directly as this letter is your official confirmation for course registration.
Cancellation of any training class must be received in writing eight business days prior to the start date to receive a full refund (minus credit card charges if applicable). There is an 5% processing fee for any cancellations or refunds. No refunds are issued once a lecture starts on the first day of your first class. After that time, if you have to leave training early, WOLFPACC will credit your account so you can return and complete your training at a future date. All canceled registrations and refunds have a 30 day turnaround time.
In the event you have a credit on your account, you must use this credit within one year of leaving the program. Any exceptions, must be done in writing and signed by Dr. Wolf before you leave.
