CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the Friday preceding the first day of the scheduled medical education program. Requests must be submitted via telephone and electronic mail correspondence.
Refund Eligibility
Participants who submit cancellation requests by the specified deadline are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees minus a 5% credit card fee.
Credit Policy
Participants whose cancellation requests are received after the established deadline will receive credit applicable toward:
- The current examination preparation course at a future date within (12) months from the date of issuance.
- An alternative medical education program offered by the institution
Credit Terms and Conditions
Tuition credit issued under this policy remains valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Credits that are not utilized within this timeframe will expire and cannot be extended or refunded.
Enrollment Requirements and Deadline
Registration for continuing medical education programs must be completed by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the Friday preceding the first day of the scheduled program. Complete enrollment requires:
- Submission of all required application materials
- Payment of tuition fees in full
Late Enrollment Policy
Participants who are unable to meet the enrollment deadline may commence the program on the Monday following the original start date, subject to available capacity within that month’s cohort. Late enrollees will receive the complete curriculum duration for which they have registered, with appropriate timeline adjustments to ensure comprehensive educational delivery.
